Agent Lane collects as little as a static site can. Contact is email. There is no account system.

This is a static website. It does not create user accounts, does not run a comment system, and does not require an email form.

Information that may be processed

• Email you send. Messages to hello@agentlane.net are read in order to reply. Do not send Social Security numbers, full card numbers, seed phrases, private keys, or brokerage passwords.
• Server and CDN logs. When the site is served through Cloudflare Pages or another host, that host may log IP address, user agent, referrer, and request path for security and reliability. Retention follows the host’s then-current terms.

What this site does not collect on purpose

• Payment card data (Agent Lane does not take card payments on this site).
• Brokerage credentials, wallet keys, or MCP tokens.
• A mailing list, until a dated revision says otherwise.
• A first-party analytics cookie, as of this date.

Children

The site is written for adults who fund brokerage and crypto agent spend. It is not directed at children under 13.

Do not sell

Formation Lane LLC does not sell personal information. There is no advertising pixel in this version of the site.

Requests

To ask what email correspondence is on file, or to ask that a thread be deleted, write to hello@agentlane.netfrom the same address used in the original message. Statutory consumer-privacy rights, where they apply, will be honored to the extent the publisher actually holds the data — which, for a static site, is mostly email.

Service and correspondence use the email above. Process that must go through the company’s registered agent will go to the agent listed on the public company record.
