About Agent Lane

Agent Lane publishes setup and checklist guides for people who already fund AI-agent spend and need to bound it. It is not a brokerage, a wallet, or a personal brand.

Page dated 12 September 2026

The audience is Grok Bot and Cursor operators — people who already pay for model time and for the tools those agents call. The v1 pages cover three jobs only: ring-fence brokerage spend, ring-fence crypto spend, and map the blast radius of a shared computer and its connectors.

Legal status

Published by Formation Lane LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Agent Lane is a sister publication to Formation Lane. There is one operating company for both.

That does not make these pages a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a law practice, or a custodian. Agent Lane does not place trades, does not hold keys, and does not run agents for readers.

Why the name

A lane is a bound. Stay in the procedure: dedicated account, dedicated wallet, dated sources, no guess dressed up as a test.

What Agent Lane is not

  • Not a trading desk and not “we will place that order.”
  • Not a custody product, facilitator, or hosted buyer.
  • Not legal, tax, or investment advice.
  • Not a first-person review shop. Pages are DIY guides checked against public docs.
